Air Card ® Regulations

This is another program from Pentagon Paintball, Inc. that is designed to help make paintball more affordable for everyone.

Please do not abuse this program.

•  Air Card ® can only be used by the intended owner/purchaser.

•  If an Air Card ® is use by any person other than the intended owner/purchaser, it will be destroyed immediately, no exceptions.

•  Pentagon Paintball employees may ask for a signature to verify authenticity of an Air Card ® user.

•  Air Card ® must be presented BEFORE purchase is made to get discounts.

•  Air Card ® Must be present with matching bottle to get fills no matter how often you have been in the store. No exceptions.

•  Air Cards ® can be upgraded with the remaining balance of the previous card subtracted from the cost of the new Air Card ® upgrade. $5.00 processing fee applies.

•  If an Air Card ® is lost it will not be replaced for any reason.

•  If an Air Card ® is damaged (i.e. in the washing machine) a new one may be issued as long as the issue date is legible and 75% of the card remains intact. A $5.00 processing fee will be assessed.

•  If an owner of an Air Card ® wishes to switch his/her Air Card ® to another bottle, they may do so for a $5.00 processing fee.

•  Violation of any Pentagon Paintball, Inc. rules and beliefs can result in the destruction of an Air Card ® .

•  Air Card ® is not refundable for any reason.

•  Air Card ® is not intended and can not be used for commercial use (other fields or sponsored teams).

•  Air Card ® can only be used to purchase air fills at the 6901 Avonia Rd field and store location, although the air once purchased can be used anywhere else in the world.

•  Air Card ® can not be used at tournaments or games that have air fees.

•  Pentagon Paintball, Inc. reserve the right to refuse the issuing of Air Card ® to any person or entity.

•  Attempts to duplicate an Air Card ® will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

•  By signing the back of the Air Card ® I verify that I have read and understand everything that applies to the Air Card ® Program.
