SAFETY FIRST
Pentagon Paintball, Inc. prides itself on being one of the safest fields in the country and the only Safety Certified (with NPPL certified Refferees) Pro Shop and Fields in Erie Country that is open seven days a week all year long. Of course we close for the important Holidays.
Pentagon Paintball holds the highest safety standards possible. We have six trained refs on duty every weekend and three during the week for reservations. We also keep a dozen or so reserve refs on call for large groups and tournaments.
All games are referred with at least two refs present all the time. All visiting players are required to speed check their equipment through radar chronographs before entering the field. ALL players must also listen to a safety speech during their first visit. And odds are they will hear parts of it through out the day, ALL Day.
All the fields are netted with (up to) 20 foot netting to keep any stray paintballs from fly out and hitting observers. Yes, that means we do accept visitors and we encourage it. Especially on tournament days !!! Pentagon Paintball, Inc. also polices the staging areas and provides lockers for valuables at no charge.
Pentagon Paintball, Inc. also boast an on site Athletic Trainer for fast evaluations ,although we have never needed her services.
Pentagon Paintball, Inc. has created "FREE SUNDAYS" for a multitude of reasons but the utmost reason is to provide an inexpensive, safe and referred place for people to play. Everyone knows someone with land to play on in Erie County but how safe is that. Most people don't speed check markers or have refs watching that "other player". Nobody buys netting to close in their playing area or enforces barrel plugs at all times. These are only a few of the reasons why Pentagon Paintball, Inc. has "FREE SUNDAYS", every Sunday, all year round. For the safety of your child and/or yourself.

In closing, I remember a day when I asked a person, "Why don't you come out and play at our fields?" His response was one I didn't expect but after thinking about I was happy he said it. He didn't like our fields because we "had to many rules and he didn't like to be told how to play his game"...
